Having your wedding stationery designed should be as stress free as possible. We have outlined the eight simple steps of how it will work when you order your wedding stationery through us.
1. GET IN TOUCH
Use our contact form, call or email to let us know you would love to have your very own bespoke wedding stationery.
2. QUOTE APPROVAL
We will send you an estimated cost once we have an idea of what you want. You can get an idea beforehand from our prices page.
3. LET'S TALK WEDDINGS
We will arrange a
face-to-face or phone consultation to get as much detail as possible about your wedding day.
'Before the day' stationery will have an earlier design and delivery date than 'on the day' stationery. So we will plan a timeline.
We will share a moodboard with you, this is to check we have both got the same vision for your theme.
6. DESIGN & PROOF
We will start designing your customised stationery & you will receive one item to approve the style within 3-7 working days.
7. CHANGE OR APPROVE
Check the proof and let us know any changes you would like to make, or/and approve the style. We will then design the rest of your stationery.
8. QUALITY & DISPATCH
We will send your stationery to print according to your agreed timeline. We will quality check every item and get them dispatched to you.
HOW IT WORKS...
All our bespoke stationery packages start with either the save the dates or invites, creating a style that can be used throughout all of your wedding stationery. For an initial fee of £200 we will create a design perfect for you, with unique elements to suit your theme. We can also create stylised digital illustrations to use within the design for an additional cost.
We start off with an initial consultation to get to know all about you and your wedding. It would be great if you can share with us any images of inspiration, swatches, or confirmed details. We will then create a mood board with initial thoughts and ideas, where you can pinpoint your likes/dislikes about design styles. We then present two design ideas, before amending and finalising a design to use across your wedding stationery.
The printing cost of your chosen design style will be the same as our house collections. For any additional stationery we will carry the design across so that everything matches and is consistent. These can be ordered at the same time or after the initial order, please get in touch for detailed pricing for this.

We will then send over an order form for you to fill out, or we can have a chat and go through what you might need.
This will supply us with the information we need to give you a quote. If you are happy to go ahead with everything, we will then require the first payment of your agreed payment plan before we can start the consultation and design process. You can pay in instalments over 2 or 3 months.
