RETURNS AND REFUNDS //
Everything we sell is personalised, meaning they can’t be resold due to the bespoke element, and therefore it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.
We always try to ensure that the images of products on our website are as realistic as possible and that the product details include all the information you need to decide if the item is suitable for you.
If there is however an issue with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to remedy the situation for you!

DELIVERY //
Delivery times are made up of turnaround of the design to be personalised and the product to be printed, as well as postal times. For more details please see our delivery page.
PAYMENT //
We accept Paypal as well as secured debit/credit card payments.

DESIGN PROOFS //
PDF Proofs are sent via email. Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to check all the information is correct. If designs are approved with type errors and subsequently printed, Mint green Penguin take no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. Please note that the colour that appears on your screen will differ from printed colour copies (due to back light and software setup, as well as pigment on paper).
